The Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) defines web accessibility as follows:

Web accessibility means that people with disabilities can use the Web. Specifically, that they can perceive, understand, navigate and interact with the Web, and that they can contribute to the Web. Web accessibility also benefits others, including older people whose abilities change with age.
Web accessibility encompasses all disabilities that affect access to the Web, including visual, hearing, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological disabilities.

See the introduction to the WAI.

This site has a quick access menu with features that allow you to modify the display of the site (contrast levels, font size, text and background colors, brightness, display of keyboard shortcuts and underlining of links)

KEYBOARD NAVIGATION FOR INTERACTIVE COMPONENTS

The site embeds components based on JavaScript technology. Their structure and keyboard behavior respect the international recommendations.
